Your main “job” should be to find out why you’re here (and then do it)

Let your “job” be to find what you’re truly passionate about!

Whatever you do, make sure there’s a true passion in you to do it.

Otherwise you will never be able to sustain the focus and dedication it takes to create your own business/career AND actually enjoy what you’re doing.

I see many people just start something without really having a passion for it, and then a few weeks/months later they quit because they just did it for the desire of getting money.

The passion and love wasn’t true, it came from the ego, and that never leads to true fulfillment.

The enthusiasm (or drive) and the stamina that is needed will not last long if the reason behind what you do is merely to get money.

Forget about the money and think about what you would really want to do.

Investigate your true intention with anything you do, and be brutally honest with yourself to see if you’re doing it because you think it will bring you an income or success or whatever it may be.

If that’s the case, let it go and keep looking for what you truly want to do, let that be your most important “job”.

And then when you find it you will be able to go through any challenges that arise in your business/vocation/work with more flow and ease, which you can’t if the true love for it isn’t there.

So make that your main ‘work’ now;

Find out what you’re passionate about or feel called to do.

Don’t jump from one thing to another, but stop that completely and step back and ask yourself what you really, truly would love to do.

Connect with that, and when you’re connected with it, IT will show you the next right right action, and then the next after that again.

And now you’re moving forward with something you actually enjoy doing!

If you would do it even if you didn’t get paid to do it, then you know you’re on the right path.

That’s true passion, so check your true intentions with whatever it is that you’re thinking of pursuing and ask yourself:

“Why do I want this?”

“Why am I doing this?”

“What is my intent with this?”

Be totally honest with yourself.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to make money, absolutely not, but that should never be your goal or reason for why you pursuit something if you want a life that feels meaningful and enjoyable.

You have to love what you do, not just love to get paid for what you do.

Here’s a very old (from a different lifetime) free e-book that I wrote in 2010 but that came to mind just now that can help you move in a direction that is true to your heart.

It’s called “Clarity Exercise – With over 30 questions that will help you gain clarity”.

You can find it here:

And PS: regarding the other free e-book; ignore the Donald Trump mention.

At the time I wrote the e-books he was a businessman and not what – well, .. how things are today. Enough said.

Hope you find them helpful in your quest to find your true (work) path.
