GetSocial Plugin Shows Wrong Number of Shares…
By… so I removed it from my site!
I really liked the floating share button, but I didn’t trust it. I don’t know why it didn’t show the correct numbers of shares, maybe it conflicted with my theme.
Every day it showed different number of likes and shares, and not in a good way.
One day I could have 85 ‘likes’ or shares on a post and then the next day it was only 1 – on the same post! Weird behavior.
So I changed to SexyBookmarks (by Shareaholic) – a plugin that I have used before on another blog of mine and that I found reliable.
This means I have to start all over with my shares and likes AGAIN!
