Spend The Day Meditating On God’s Promises

When was the last time you took a full day to be with God and meditate on his word and promises?

I mean a whole day?

Maybe you’re one of them that already does that regularly.

If so, maybe this could be an invitation to you to suggest it to others as well, we need more contemplative days in the world today where connecting with God becomes a priority.

I think it’s important to do that, to take some time off of the world so to speak, and just be with God.

For me personally; I really enjoy praying and meditating, and everyday I cry of joy for the love I feel when praying and talking with God about everything.

God is my everything; my best friend, counselor and guide 🙂

So funny to think about, that I was all into new age stuff before; mind power, law of attraction, channeling, Tarot, and what not; all that has gone, it doesn’t resonate with me anymore, and that is all thanks to God who changed me because I was open to it.

“God, open doors that only you can open, and shut doors that is not for my highest good. Change my mind and heart so it’s in alignment with yours, show me your ways and give me the wisdom to follow them”

~Awesome journey! 🙂

I’m inviting you today to join me in a day off of everything and only have focus on God and what he can do for us once we let go and surrender to his will and the plan he has for us.

Be bold and ask for miracles in your life; both small and big.

There’s nothing more joyful to pray for miracles while remembering all his promises for us, and boldly claim them, stating that “I am your child God, and I trust in the promises you made!”

I would love for you to share this post with your friends and followers – help spread the word of the importance of making the connection to our inner self by meditating on Gods promises and Love for us!

Work with life, not against it.

I’ll show you how.

I’ll help you get released from the constrains of the ego and connected with your flow in your personal, professional and spiritual life.

Sessions with me are different, I don't work by the hour.

As long as the flow is there, we'll talk: »Let's Get Started

Hi Maria, i agree with what you said in this post. like you I also used to be a fan of law of attraction, that we have the power to get things done in our lives, that it is upon us to make our lives wonderful. I was confused; i believed in him and also believed in new age thinking. God changed all that. Now I submit myself and my future in God’s hands.

    Hi Sheryl,

How nice to hear from you! 🙂

Thank you for sharing your own experience and thoughts.

All well in Manila? How is everything going with the real estate business?

I don’t know if you have written me on Facebook lately, I can’t reply to anyone as I have had some issues (and are still having) with FB and have reported to them but not heard anything back yet.

Anyways, I hope all is well with you and that you are enjoying the days! 🙂

    Maria

Hi Maria, i am glad to hear from you again. I tried opening my google plus and i saw that you are more active there than in facebook. Glad to find your posts again. Everything is doing great in Manila. I lost my dad last month and that brought about the sudden change in how i look at things. Instead of trying to control things and their outcomes, I have become more trusting that everything is in God’s hands. I also learned to enjoy things as they come; recently i went on a trip in the suburbs just to breathe and be thankful being alive. As with the business, we encountered some tough times last year and we are starting over.

The thing with death and the experience of losing a loved one, I began valuing my time here more as well as the time shared by other people to me. I also started to make the most out of every experience, out of every time i talk to and meet people. I think, finally realizing that we are not here forever made me more loving and forgiving.

Glad to touch base with you again Maria. Looking forward to more empowering posts.

    Hello again Sheryl,

Yes, I am leaning more towards Google Plus to be honest:-)

I think it’s more interesting and fresh.

I’m so sorry to hear about your dad Sheryl <3 I'm sorry for your loss.

It sounds like you are coping with it in very constructive and positive ways.

And I'm glad to hear you are bouncing back regarding the business:-)

You know you can use my CommentLuv plugin when you post comments on my blog..? I noticed that you didn't use it. (It can help you get more traffic to your own site/blog)

Hope you enjoy the day, and speak soon! 🙂

    Maria

  5. Thanks Maria.

Btw, how does that CommentLuv plugin work? where can i find/download it? Thanks again.

  6. Maria Erving says:

    I see you’re using it now! 🙂

To get it yourself simply go to your dash board (you use WordPress, right..?)
and search for it and you’ll find it.

Just install it as with any other plugin and start using it. It’s very easy, no fuss.

If you’re using another platform (not WordPress) then I don’t know how you get it, but I’m sure Google can help you with that; it’s a very popular plugin.
