The more aligned back with yourself you are, the more magic you witness
Being your authentic self is the most powerful thing you can do in life.
Have the courage to express yourself and fully appreciate your personality and uniqueness and other assets you have about yourself that brings positivity and happiness to your life.
Today I invite you to have more fun just being you, enjoy yourself, give yourself some slack, rest and relax, and let go of trying to do everything the right way.
I invite you to say this to yourself right now:
“I deserve to be happy, to be loved, and at ease with life. I don’t have to prove myself or become deserving. I already am. I am worthy of all the good and wonderful in life.”
Be happy where you are right now even if it’s not “perfect”, and be happy with yourself, even if you think you’re not perfect (according to the standards you (or others) has set for yourself.)
Forgive yourself for any pressure you’ve put on yourself and appreciate who you are instead and give yourself praise for all the things that you have done well.
Embrace the whole of you, you are a spiritual being but you’re also a human being, and both aspects of yourself must be embraced in order to live a full life.
Flow alignment is about finding wholeness, and when you have that in place, everything else in your life falls into place as well.
Share your authentic self with the world.
Here’s a few questions you can ask yourself that will help you find your flow:
- “Why am I doing this/why do I want to do this?” (whatever it is)
Get insight into your patterns and true intentions.
Are you doing something, or trying to achieve/gain/accomplish something because you want to, or because you think you have to or think you should?
Why do you want to ______?
Is it for you, for your own well-being, or because you think that that’s what you should do in order for others to love you, admire you, accept you, .. is it because you think you ‘should’ look, be, or behave a certain way?
Investigate your WHY:
- “Why am I trying to be perfect (whatever your version of that is), what do I believe I will gain?”
The truth is that if you don’t find a way to truly accept yourself, you won’t get any lasting results or find true and lasting fulfillment either.
There are better ways to make positive changes in your life and in yourself, and self-acceptance is a huge part of that.
What if you could find a way to like yourself as you are, and then from that perspective ‘improved’ yourself in a joyful and enjoyable way instead?
Where you do things for your own sake and not for the sake of fitting in, being liked, accepted and loved by others.
But that you instead liked, accepted and loved yourself first, and then if others liked you too, that’s nice, but it would not really matter to you if they did or didn’t.
True self-confidence comes when you’re in alignment, and true happiness begins with knowing what your true desires are, what you really want, and most people don’t know these things. Most people only know what is expected of them, even if it’s on an unconscious level.
They live in a state of either believing they can’t have it, that it’s not available to them because they think they’re not good enough, perfect enough, or that they don’t deserve it for some reason which is usually connected to some kind of shame or guilt related issues.
By identifying the core beliefs you have about yourself, your abilities and the possibilities available to you (which are limitless and infinite by the way!), that is what will lock up our mind and open up the flow in your life.
Instead of working on external things, work on yourself in terms of increasing your sense of self-worth so that you can begin to really like yourself, feel good about yourself and believe in yourself.
You can live a happy, inspired and confident life, and it all comes down to how you feel about yourself.
It affects your entire being and life as everything is always unfolding from within yourself.
When you change the way you feel about yourself and the way you view yourself, your life will reflect that and change too.
Life is an inside out process and when you give yourself that which you seek from the outside, your whole life will change and transform for the better.
It will get you back on track and to where (and who) you’re meant to be.
Your entire energy vibration will change, and when that happens all areas of your life (personal, career, relationships etc.) improves as well.
You’ll feel comfortable in your own skin, maybe for the first time in your entire life.
You’ve finally come home to yourself when you find your flow and align with the wholeness of who you really are.
Look at any person you admire for whatever reason, and realize that they have this one thing in common (no matter what your opinions are about them!):
They are always themselves, they are not copies of someone else. Even in their insecurities and shortcomings they are still their original, unique self.
True confidence is about being confident enough to be also be vulnerable and ‘human’ and not always trying to be ‘perfect’ or a good person.
So believe that you are enough and watch what starts happening when you shift how you show up in the world in your own perfect uniqueness and originality.
Leverage your own unique personality and Beingness, bring your autthencity to the world, do what makes sense to you, and stop caring so much what others will think of you.
Your originality is magical and attractive, and you’re here to shine and to live your most authentic and awesome life!
