Angel Prayers (For Yourself, or a Friend)

Prepare yourself, light a candle, to help invoke the angels, take a few moments to centre yourself, then say these prayers. You may repeat these prayers as often as you like.

Insert the name of the person who sent you these prayers, or a person you feel you would like to help, into the first set of prayers.

Then repeat the prayers as shown for them, for yourself.

There is a power in saying the prayer 3 times, and for others as well as yourself.

As you pray unto others, so you are praying for yourself (we are all one), and with the group prayer, others around the world will be praying for you also, with greater and greater strength, as more people join in.

When you have said the prayers, sit for a few moments and allow yourself to feel any sensations, or receive any thoughts or inspirations from the angels.

Pay attention to any thoughts that come to you in these moments, and know that they come from Spirit.

I call upon the beloved angels and archangels to hear my prayers this day.

For Another Person:

I call upon Archangel Michael and his legions of angels to clear all negative influences, from any source, within and around (name of person) and their family and home. Cleanse them and give them the courage and strength for the next phase of their life. Guide them along their highest path of greatest good. Show them the way.

I call upon Archangel Raphael and the legions of healing angels to heal this person on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – throughout all time frames and dimensions.

Return their Body, Soul and Spirit to wholeness and balance.

I call upon Archangel Gabriel and the legions of messenger angels to bring this person messages, guidance, hope and inspiration that is perfect for them right now, in the most perfect ways, so that they will have all the loving guidance that they need right now.

I call upon Archangel Jophiel, and angels of joy, to lift the spirits of this person, and bring them joy, happiness, love, laughter, lightness of heart, and love of life.

I call upon Archangel Metatron, to purify the Spirit and Life of this person, and allow them to be a purer channel of God’s love and service to others. Bless their life in the highest and most appropriate ways.

I call upon Archangel Chamuel to heal, harmonize and bless all the relationships in the life of this person, so that they might spread greater harmony, love and light upon the earth wherever they go.

I call upon the legions of Angels of Abundance to bring this person all that they need for this journey through life, and shower them with abundance and riches appropriate for them in all areas of their life, so that they might know that they are truly blessed by God

    I cannot say that my life wasn’t good, but until 2009 I received a negative influence from one of my former colleague and I get the impression that the bad things that happening to me won’t stop.

    I wish you nothing but the best but I can’t help you with your request (to pray that others change for you) as I’m not the least religious, on the contrary, I think religion is crippling people and the beliefs that are carried and created in the mind regarding those concepts of God is only making people suffer.

    (God has no religion; God is beyond thoughts and beliefs).

    What would help you set yourself free from your suffering and tears, is to let him have his beliefs and you yours without trying to impose anything on each other, nor trying to convince him of anything – live and let live.

    It’s all the One anyway, just different expressions of the One. (Which we are, there is no God, nor angels ‘out there’, we are all of it).

    “God”=Love.

    Whatever works for you; if Jesus is your thing; good for you. Others pray and talk to angels, some others talk with Krishna, Buddha, or whatever label you want to give the One and the same – whatever your preferences are, that’s what’s right for you.

    I pray to all the angels tonight. At 11 am tomorrow morning a family, friends, a village and a community will come together to search for a beautiful young woman who is now over a week missing. I pray that no matter the out come her family get some peace. And have her home in there arm’s soon.     I found your prayers by accident and I am glad I did. They are beautiful. Just reading them fills you will light. Words are so powerful, so thank you and Darren Linton for providing these for all to find.

    I am not a ‘christian’. I do believe in the divine though and all that comes along with that. It would be good to have the names phonetically so that they can be pronounced correctly.

    I don’t want a miracle from this prayer, nor do I want people to pray for me. I will however give them a whirl with my 8 year old daughter ( she has severe anxiety) and see if she can find comfort in these words. I can let you know how we go.

    I need powerful prayer as I am selling my car. Until now, still not a success result.
    Looking for a genuine buyer to buy my car. My car is a good car , reason of selling it because of my daughter left home run with her boy friend after selling my money in the bank. Left me with two cars. However, right now, i have to ask for prayer for help and asking angels to help me to look for a genuine buyer. This car is brand new in which I have fully paid for it. good car but have to sell it as to recover my financial situation. Right now, i am using my daughter’s car in which i have bought for her two years ago.

    Please help me for my prayer. I am indeed need miracle for this car and looking for a buyer who is sincerely get it and pay the price in which is reasonable and fair towards me and the buyer.

    Lord, all angels , please help me to look for buyer to buy my car.

    My heart and thoughts goes out to you Siew and I hope you get your car sold quickly.

    However, I don’t pray because I don’t believe in angels or god or anything like that. (This article is old).

    What I do believe in is humanity and getting things done.

    If you haven’t thought about it yet, I suggest you clean the car and make it look nice and then put up a sign in the window and in grocery stores etc that lets people know it’s for sale.

    You can put an ad in Craigslist as well and other places, and you could also list it in forums where people chat about the type of car you’re selling.

    Regarding your house; get started to clean out the mess – there’s no way around it but to do what’s needed. Prayer makes no difference as it is just you talking with yourself.

    Maybe someone can help you clean up your house – there’s a lot of people willing to help out if you reach out to a help organisation or support center of some kind, they are usually to be found in most cities.

    I wish you all the best with everything, and do begin right away and then by doing that things will start to move forward as well.

    I am praying for my son. After my divorce from his father he has been seeing and talking to him less and less. I feel like my poor baby boy has been abandoned. His father is so wrapped up in his new life and new baby on the way. This brings me pain and anger. I guess I can’t believe he could do this to his own child. I pray that maybe I will meet and hopefully one day marry a super guy who will be the best father figure and husband both my son and I could ever imagine. I would never wish for this man to replace my son’s father but, be his best friend and guidance through life. The positive male support that all boys deserve. Of course I would also like to make sure that this awesome guy doesn’t hurt me physically or emotionally. His father was very cruel to me. Pray for that awesome superman to come into our lives. We could use a hero for a change. Amen

    The best thing you can do for your son is to be a hero in your own life (or heroin) and be strong and confident in your own ability to take care of both your son and yourself.

    That means that you need to face the reality of what’s going on with acceptance and so yes, maybe he has been abandoned, but maybe your son doesn’t feel abandoned. Maybe that’s just your perspective.

    Many times children are more in tune with Truth than adults are, so instead of holding an image of him as an abandoned child you could communicate to him that he’s loved and taken care of, by you.

    Maybe he needs his mom to be strong for him and not look for strength and support in another human being (in your case, a man).

    Sometimes people behave in ways we can’t understand, but feeling angry or resentful about other peoples choices is useless.

    Change yourself and the world changes too.

    A positive male support can be a friend too and if you look within your sphere of friends and contacts I’m sure you can find someone who can be that for your son for a while to guide him through this phase of his life.

    It can be a friend, a brother, it doesn’t have to be ‘a husband’.

    I think the best thing you can do for yourself and your son now is to find the super woman in yourself and let that shine through – that’s where you find all the power you need – it’s within you already and waiting for you to acknowledge it.

    You can be the hero you seek – but you have to claim back your power, knowing there isn’t a power outside of you – it’s all within.

    I see you as a strong and powerful woman who has her best years in life before her.

    You have great things to look forward to – believe that!

    You were sick, you no longer are. (You said you’re doing better now). Good for you!

    You were with someone that you might have thought was ‘the one’, and then he cheated (?) on you and left you.

    That’s the reality and not much to do about that but to forgive and move on.

    You’re better off, so put that relationship behind you.

    What you need to do now is to focus on yourself and what you want; forget about the past and look forward to a better future instead.

    I suggest starting to write a journal to get your thoughts clearer (write down what you want and desire from life) and also to begin an inner conversation with the power within you that is eager to help you move forward in your life.

    And you are perfectly right, it doesn’t matter what we call upon for help. (As it’s all an aspect of yourself).

    You are the healing power, it emanates from within and through your own core being which is “God”, or the life energy itself.

    If you share with others what you need healing for then I’m sure you would get a response in terms of help and people would be willing and able to pray for your recovery.

    I can’t send any healing angels to you because I don’t personally believe in angels (everything is an aspect of ourselves).

    You are more powerful than you might believe Wayne, and you don’t need to ask any external powers for help. There is only one power and that is within you and every living being on this planet.

    We are the power and the healing we look for. (Or anything else that we seek; we already are).

    If the angel prayer stirred up some beautiful emotions within you when you prayed then that’s wonderful, then leave it at that and let the healing power within you take care of the rest.

    Trust that if you heard the prayer then “God” did too, because you are not separated.

    Be still and know that I AM God.

    My Dad was recently diagnosed with a stomach aortic aneurysm. The doctor say he needs surgery soon. He needs to stop smoking but he is having trouble with this. My family and I are worried because this is serious. I believe in prayers and divine intervention. I sending prayers out for my dad and everyone else who need help and blessings!

    I’m sorry to hear about your dad Maria, hope he gets well soon and that he manage to quit smoking too.

    I used to smoke too, I began smoking when I was 12-13 years old and smoked until I was around 32 maybe.

    And I smoked a lot, not only cigarettes but pot too up until I went to rehab when I was 29 years old or something like that.

    What helped me was – first of all the decision to stop smoking of course – but a book by Allen Carr called “Finally a non-smoker” or something like that, I don’t remember the exact title now as it’s many years ago since I read it.

    Google it, he has written many books about quitting smoking and what I did was that I decided to read the book over a weekend, smoke (cigarettes, as this was after I had become clean from drugs) like hell during the weekend and then just stop.

    And I did stop smoking after that weekend, and the great surprise was that it was much easier than I thought.

    I can really recommend the book and you can also tell your dad that if he’s afraid that it will be hard you can tell him that it doesn’t have to be, it’s a matter of not believing what the world tells you (that it’s difficult) because that’s the conditioned state talking, the ego state of the world.

    I too thought it was going to be hard, but it wasn’t that hard at all, it’s mostly propaganda and fear stopping one from deciding to stop smoking.

    And the person who gave me the book had also though it was difficult but he too found that it wasn’t. (He too stopped smoking thanks to the book).

    I have heard people say all kinds of things like for example;

    “I had a friend who had smoked all her life and she was never sick and then when she quit smoking she got cancer and died, so I can’t stop smoking, I don’t want to get cancer” and “you get fat when you stop smoking and I don’t want to get fat” and all kinds of other silly things.

    To everyone that is thinking of quitting smoking:

    Don’t believe those things that your mind is telling you; that’s my suggestion.

    Get your health and vitality back by letting go of unhealthy habits and you will never regret your decision.

    I want to add too that your dad needs to start doing different things where he usually were about to lit up a cigarette in order to change his habits to something better.

    What I did was that after every meal when usually would have had a cigarette, I went out for a walk around the house, a 15 minute walk is enough, the main thing is to change the ingrained habits and when you just continue doing something different the ‘different’ soon becomes the new norm.

    I wish him (and everyone else that reads this and who wants to stop smoking) all the best and I know you can do it, it’s easier than your mind tells you it is 🙂

    Finally I want to say that I’m going to close the comments on this article as I’m not into angels etc anymore.

    They are constructs of our own minds, or aspects of ourselves and not something outside of us, and everyone can pray in whatever way they want to but I’m just not into these types of concepts anymore so I’m not going to approve comments on this particular article anymore.
