
Flow Happens When You Focus On The Right Things
The moment the energy starts to feel bad, negative or ‘off’ is when you’re focusing on (or doing) the wrong things.
To get back into the flow, bring your focus back to the present moment and on what’s important to you.
It’s easy to stay on track when you’re clear about your intentions, that way you will always do things that are right for you, and you will do them for the right reasons.
Be clear about why you do what you do and what is most important to you; be very clear about those things and when you are, things will fall into place for you and life will actually begin to work.
The more aware you become about the energy of others and the world you will also get very sensitive to how energy changes depending on where you allow your focus to wander.
So pay attention to when the energy starts to feel ‘off’, and refocus your attention back to the things that actually matter.
As soon as you get centered back to your original intention and your ‘why’ (your core reasons), that’s when flow comes back and things starts to work again.
The flow comes back as soon as you get back into alignment with yourself, so be clear about your intentions and you will always do the right things and for the right reasons.
