The Transformative Power of I AM
Everything we say after I AM, is an affirmation, a statement that has creative and transformative power.
As long as we stay the same the ego is good and comfy, but as soon as you begin to change, it will not like it and this usually invokes doubt and fear.
The ego knows exactly where to hit you, it knows everything about you, and when it’s challenged, it will go after you in that way,
It will trigger any fears and worries you might have,
but when you know that, then it loses its power because your perceptive is in alignment with Truth and not with it.
We are all in different states of I AM, and when aware of it, you no longer try to create something from the old ideas you held about yourself.
You know the power of I AM, you know it creates your world,
So today is an invitation to pull back the curtains and open the windows,
– Now is the time to allow a fresh perspective to enter your reality!
How would you act, and what would you do, if you didn’t have a mind that was clouded by the past? What would you say about yourself if you were just One Big Blank I AM? How would you define yourself?
– You get to choose!
Right now, say at least 3 new definitions or sentences about yourself that are life-affirming and empowering:
I AM..
I AM..
I AM..

If you in any way (any way!) feel dissatisfied or unfulfilled in your life, start identifying the different voices in your head that are preventing you from being who you really are and living the life you’re really meant to live. The voice of the ego is not your real voice, it is not you. It’s the voice of society, a society that is crazy and exist on a mediocre level – But the Real You is anything but mediocre! I AM is Limitless!
It’s only to the false self that life is hard. Until you know you’re not the ego, the ego will rule your life and put limitations to what you (think) you can do. Only contraction (fear) creates disharmony/suffering/struggle etc. (but not for the real you), so the work is about releasing the fears because it’s the beliefs you have in your mind that are the real limitations and they are only true for as long as you think they are:

In this article I’ll share an effective way to tear down the construct of the ego. While the ego tries to fix a problem by chanting affirmations over and over again, the spirit within you goes straight to your beliefs and challenges them. It doesn’t try to escape the process by pretending all is well, it doesn’t try to fix it either, but it’s all in it to transforming it. True transformation is about removing the false in you and that’s where the ego gets threatened. When your core beliefs gets challenged, the ego starts to fall apart. It starts to unravel and get really loud:
