Life should not be all work and no play

Is Your Life All Work and No Play?

Then it’s definitely time to take a break from work!

I know what it’s like to be passionate and when I’m in work-mode I can easily work from day to night, completely consumed by it (because of my love and passion for it).

And I also know that it’s vitally important to take days off now and then and completely switch off from working (and the Internet).

It’s not healthy to be focusing all your energy on work and not do anything else.

Of course, everybody who’s an entrepreneur or have their own business wants to succeed in their ventures, but at the same time it’s important to pay attention to when Life (and your mind/body) asks you to rest and relax.

You simply have to give yourself an occasional break now and then in order to stay clear and fresh-minded and productive.

I’m an extremely focused person and very work-oriented, but I have also learned that to function optimally and to be able to give my best it’s important to take some time off to myself every day.

So today I invite all entrepreneurs, business owners and ‘hustlers’ out there to take a break and spend some quality time alone or with your family/friends, and do something fun and/or relaxing.

It’s so important! We only have this One Life, and do you really want it to be all about work?

Even if you love what you do it’s important to nurture other things in life as well, such as Yourself.
