Lazy Days Are Good For Us
Sometimes Life Calls Us To Relax and Indulge in Laziness
We all have days when we don’t feel like doing anything and sometimes, even if we want to do something, we just can’t seem to find the spark to even get started.
What I have learned about myself is that I respect those days as being as they are and therefor I use them to indulge in laziness if you will (I give myself into it fully, determined to enjoy it, which I always also do! – I eat a lot of pasta, cheese and chocolate.. 🙂
I may see a couple of movies in a row, or I may go for long silent walks (which means no music, no audios to listen to while walking), and then when I come home again I may put on some loud music and dance and sing while I make something more to eat.
But I don’t force myself to do anything.
Sometimes I have wanted to do something and then when I try by my own will so to speak, it’s just not happening, so why even go against the natural flow of life?
No use and no need to do that, just enjoy the moment, the day or evening – and do nothing but enjoying beingness to the fullest.
Sometimes I get the urge to be creative and playful just because, and I’m actually one of those people that like being taken photos of, and so today I have taken some pics and created an image collage out of them.
Of course I want to share it with you 🙂 (Click on it to see larger)
Staying lazy today – time to heat up some more of that pasta..

I agree with you. I guess these kind of days is the perfect balance to those days that we are as efficient as a well-oiled machine.
All we need to do is to listen to the inner inclinations that always points to harmony and balance 🙂
