
“Let Go” Meditation
Take a moment and go within.
Let yourself relax into the feeling of being held by the light of pure love, being free from all responsibilities.
Let yourself to be taken care of and cared for. You don’t have to do anything, just breathe and relax and emerge yourself with the calming healing energies.
The energy of love is far more capable of taking care of any challenges than you are. Let it help you.
It knows how to handle it all, it knows exactly what you need and when.

Question from reader:
“In deep meditation I surrender everything and there is nothing, no sense of body, no image, no me, no thoughts… nothing but only stillness… and vastness and the feeling of relaxation is there.
The feeling remains after the meditation also say for 24 hours but whenever I start my daily work ( job etc.) the feeling (of peace, vastness etc) goes thinner and after some time I perceive myself as previous limited one.
How can I remain longer in that state and still do my daily work?”
