No need to stress: Life is not working against you
Life is never working against us (no need to stress).
The flow of well-being and harmony is always there, it’s just a matter of aligning with it.
Whenever you feel stressed, overwhelmed or frustrated in life, you’re disconnected from the flow, but once you get yourself aligned again, harmony and flow is restored.
By learning how to become aware of your energy and by being deeply connected with yourself, with Life, you will always be able to stay calm even in the midst of any stressful situation.
So whenever there’s disharmony like stress, or you just feel off path somehow, you are always able to bring yourself back to the flow.
When you’re in alignment with the flow of Life, you have harmony, and when you’re not in alignment, you have let stress, fear, worry and other tense states of mind take you out of it.
It doesn’t have to be that way and you have the power to change that.
Stress always comes from ignoring things you shouldn’t be ignoring, or you’re doing things that are out of alignment that only cost you energy.
Those things will always make you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, worried, frustrated, stressed out and so on.
So life is never working against you,
It’s we who work against life (or the flow), and that can be easily fixed by cultivating and developing a deeper sense of awareness.
That’s when magic starts to happen and your life actually begins to work and you can stay calm and confident even in stressful or challenging situations.
Here’s a quick and effective way (meditation) to get back into the flow again:
Take a few minutes to yourself and go somewhere where you can be undisturbed.
Sit or lay down and breathe deeply all the way in, and the let go, all the way in, and then let go.
It doesn’t matter if you breathe through the nose or mouth or in what speed.
Just breathe consciously for 30 in/out breaths (count on your fingers to keep track).
When you breathe consciously (and you count each breath) you help your brain to disconnect from the world and all its stressors and you also help your mind to get off of the things that stresses/worries/overwhelms you.
Just keep counting and breathing and then on the 30th breath, breathe all the way out and hold.
Hold for as long as you can (it can be up to several minutes), relax your body and just BE, and then breathe all the way in and hold for 10-15 seconds before you breathe all the way out again.
Then just sit/lay there and breathe normally again and become aware of your inner world and sensations.
Sit/lay down for a few moments and just enjoy the peaceful feeling inside of you before you come out of your meditation.
This will help you bring yourself back to harmony again and you’ll feel invigorated and energized and ready to continue your day from a much better frame of mind and energy level.
There is never any need to stress or worry about anything; those things are blockages to the flow and can easily be released with different types of tools and techniques and this breathing meditation is one of them.
It’s a quick meditation (5-10 minutes!) and very effective and powerful.
Try it, and you will feel yourself getting back in the flow again very quickly! 😊
