Live with purpose or live with regret
Many people feel that they are wasting their lives,
that they have all this potential inside of them
that they could be happier
that they could do something great
and that they are doing something wrong
but they don’t know what it is or what to do about any of it.
So many people live their lives in survival mode without having any deeper sense of purpose or meaning.
But we have choices.
We can choose to move upward and forward in life, or we can choose to move backwards and downwards, or we can choose to stand still and not do anything at all.
And just kind of resign to ‘what is’.
In the end, it comes down to self-belief.
What we say about ourselves is what becomes our identity and our identity in combination with our values is what drives our behavior.
But we’re never stuck with being in a certain way. We can all change whenever we want to if we don’t enjoy what we’re experiencing.
Our mindset is the foundation of everything we do in life, or choose not to do.
Most people are so good at talking themselves out of things when they could just as easily talk themselves into things that would empower them.
Talking ourselves up or down, in or out, is all in our power.
The truth is that our mind doesn’t care what we tell it.
It goes on producing exactly what we tell it and if there’s a broken program running.. Well, then you simply have to take charge of what’s going on ‘up there’ if you’d like a different experience of life.
Until you do, life will feel like a battlefield and uphill struggle, with some happy moments too here and there just to keep you settled and sedated in a disempowering state of consciousness.
It doesn’t have to be that way though.
So what choices will you make today that will begin to shape and mold your future to be different from your past?
Do you choose to be a victim of your mind, or do you choose to become the one who lead?
Both choices are within your power.

The above picture is of me as a child.
I want you to dig up an old picture of you as a child and really look at it and send yourself some love.
Remember the child-like joy of living you had when you were little?
If you have lost it, you can have it back.
Everybody can live with a deeper sense of purpose and meaning,
You can connect with and discover the limitless potential that is within you
you can be so much happier
and do something really great with yourself and your life.
You are not doing anything wrong
you just have to learn how to use that brilliant and amazing mind of yours. 😊
Here’s an exercise for you.
Ponder this, and write the answers down to yourself:
What do you consider a life well lived?
Your answer clarifies your value-system for you because either you’re living in alignment with your values, or you should or could be living your truth today.
The insights you receive from asking this question can be used to empower yourself to change.
You can turn your limiting beliefs into empowering self-talk and let go of notions that no longer serve you (and maybe never served you to begin with), and instead align with your truth so you can live your truest and best life as you are meant to do.
