§ Refund Policy:

All payments are final and non-refundable.

RECURRING MEMBERSHIP:

Refunds in whole or in part are not given for either current or prior months membership.

When choosing a monthly recurring charge you are responsible to maintain it and use my service.

If you fail to use my service or delete your account without properly canceling your payment you are responsible for that and no refunds on membership payments will be given for any reason.

If you paid via PayPal or any other payment method, you are required to log in to your account there and cancel your recurring charge.

All cancellations are effective immediately, so do not cancel your account until a day or two before it’s due to recur.

COACHING/MENTORING/GUIDANCE SESSIONS:

Once you have scheduled and paid for your session, there are no refunds.

Please always be on time. Your appointment will be honored up to 10 minutes past your scheduled time. After this time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

If you need to reschedule please notify me 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting. Otherwise a full fee will be charged and you lose that session.

I do understand that sudden emergencies, illnesses, etc. do not allow for a 48 hour cancellation and in those specific circumstances, you will not be responsible for paying the cost of the session.

We will instead reschedule your session/meeting as soon as possible.

If I for some reason would cancel our appointment, a refund will be offered to you.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Also note that I am not responsible for your travel planning and expenses.

I do not reimburse the cost of any expenses, travel or accommodation arrangements and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred in case of a cancellation.
