When opting for a monthly recurring charge, you are responsible for maintaining the subscription and utilizing my services effectively.
Failure to utilize the services or improperly canceling your payment will result in no refunds on membership payments, regardless of the circumstances.
If you paid through PayPal or another payment method, it is your responsibility to log in to your account and cancel the recurring charge.
Please note that all cancellations take immediate effect. To avoid any inconvenience, it is recommended not to cancel your membership until a day or two before its renewal date.

One-Time Membership Payments:

Transformational Sessions, Mentoring, and Programs:
Upon scheduling and payment for your session, mentoring, or program, no refunds will be provided.
All payments are deemed final and non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your session, please inform me at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting to avoid any additional fees or loss of the session.
It is important to be punctual, and I will honor your appointment up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and rescheduling will no longer be possible.
In exceptional cases of sudden emergencies or illnesses that prevent a 48-hour notice, you will not be held responsible for the session’s cost. Instead, we will work together to reschedule the session as soon as possible.
