What to do if you’re having a crappy day
First of all, don’t speak the whole day into being ‘bad’!
The moment might be ‘bad’, but your words carry powerful energy! (You might find this article helpful too: “How you communicate with yourself is causing your life“)
Just acknowledge that the moment might be ‘off’ (not the whole day), and then do this:
Forget about yourself for a moment.
Forget about all your problems and things you have to do that are stressing you out, and sit yourself down, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and start sending love to everyone in your life;
Your family; sisters, brothers, mom, dad, granma etc, friends, neighbors, pets, anyone you can think of,
and then continue seeing with your minds eye your community and town/city receiving that love as well,
everyone at the supermarket, people you often see on the street, your co-workers, and whoever else it may be that comes to your mind as you do this (your inner being will show you!),
“See” them receive the energy of love, empowerment, Light, happiness, peace, and so on,
Really ‘feel’ yourself doing this until you become full of love and compassion and goodwill to those around you and in your life (and beyond!).
This is a powerful way to raise your vibration and to get out of a funk.
Focus on other people and their peace and happiness, want the best for them and send them love, and then the energy of goodwill that you emit will reach your own life and well-being as well!
Just do it (even if you feel resistance at first as the ego would want to keep you in a low vibration) and things will quickly shift for you, your mood will get better and you will come into alignment again.
