Retreat Terms of Service

Welcome to the ‘2 Day Malaga Experience Immersion’! Before you embark on this transformative journey, please review the following terms of service carefully. By participating in the event, you agree to comply with these terms.

The event takes place from October 19-20, 2024, in Malaga province, Spain, and priced at $2500 USD. The full payment is due one month prior to arrival.

Cancellations are non-refundable, but funds can be applied to future retreats, events, or coaching sessions. Participants may not sell or transfer their event space without prior written consent from the Organizer.

Health and Safety:

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the event.
  • Please inform me of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at least a month prior to the event start date.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or terminate the participation of any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

Liability Waiver:

  • Participation in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion and exposure to natural elements.
  • By attending the event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation and release the organizer from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

Code of Conduct:

  • Treat all participants, staff, and facilitators with respect and courtesy.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants.
  • Any violation of this code of conduct may result in expulsion from the retreat without refund.

Intellectual Property:

  • All content provided during the event is the intellectual property of the organizer and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Unauthorized commercial use of retreat materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Changes and Amendments:

  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, itinerary, or terms of service at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the event’s website page. Participants are advised to regularly check their email and the event page for updates to the schedule, itinerary, or terms of service, as changes may occur without prior notice.

Coaching/Energy Work Agreement and Release:

While I understand that the ‘Unstoppable Power of Alignment: Own Yourself and Thrive’ retreat is a potentially life-changing experience, I also understand that I remain responsible for my choices, actions, thoughts, and feelings throughout the process.

By participating in the Retreat experience with Maria Erving, you agree to the following:

  1. I confirm that I undertake this retreat of my own free will and take full responsibility for my well-being.
  2. I affirm that I am in good health and fit to participate.
  3. If undergoing any medical treatment, I will inform my healthcare provider and ensure their approval for participation.
  4. I release Maria Erving and associates from liability for any loss or damage occurring during the retreat.
  5. I acknowledge that any materials produced during the retreat remain the property of Maria Erving International.
  6. I consent to the use of media captured during the retreat for promotional purposes.

Included in the Retreat Package:

  • Accommodations: Comfortable lodging for the duration of the retreat.
  • Meals: Enjoy delicious and nourishing meals provided throughout the retreat.
  • Activities: Engage in empowering activities, workshops, group coaching sessions, energy work, and more, designed to facilitate personal growth and transformation.
  • Materials: Access to any necessary materials or resources for participation in retreat activities.

Not Included:

  • Transportation: Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transportation to and from the retreat location.
  • Travel Insurance: It is recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during their journey.
  • Personal Expenses: Any incidental or discretionary expenses, such as souvenirs or optional excursions, are not covered in the retreat package.

During the retreat, participants may be photographed, recorded, or captured in various media such as photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings. By participating, you consent to the use, distribution, and publication of this media by the Organizer and affiliates for any legal purpose, including social media and marketing. You release the Organizer from any claims related to its use, and acknowledge that you do not retain ownership rights to the media.

Please note that the Organizer reserves the right to utilize feedback or testimonials provided by participants for promotional purposes. By participating in the retreat, you consent to the use of any feedback or testimonials you provide for promotional materials or marketing initiatives related to future retreats or services.

The itinerary is subject to change and may be adjusted by the Organizer at any time. You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer reserves the right to make modifications for reasons including, but not limited to, weather conditions, third-party arrangements, and unforeseen local circumstances deemed unsuitable for travel.

The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, expenses, or other issues related to travel. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have up-to-date and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required immunizations for the destinations. The Organizer is not responsible for any guest being denied entry or exit from any location or country.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR DECISION TO ATTEND THE RETREAT IS MADE WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ALL INFORMATION DESCRIBED ABOVE AND THAT YOU ARE ATTENDING OF YOUR OWN WILL AND VOLITION. YOU AGREE TO BE THE SOLE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISK INVOLVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RETREAT. IN NO EVENT WILL ORGANIZER BE LIABLE FOR ANY LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE RETREAT.

I agree that I have carefully read and fully understand all the above terms. By making the deposit and payment for the retreat, you acknowledge and constitute a full and binding agreement to the above terms and conditions.
