self-judgment is blocking your manifestations

Sometimes the Biggest Blockage is that You ‘Think’ You’re Blocked

The blockage is rooted in a sense of inadequacy, like you’re never gonna be good enough

This kind of blockage is many times hidden and unconscious, but once you ‘see’ it – there’s a massive sense of liberation, because now you’re free to be all of you, warts and all, and still be worthy of whatever it is that you desire for yourself and your life.

If you believe that who you currently are is not good enough, or that your human self is flawed and has to be ‘fixed’ before you can have the goodness of life; that’s not true, it’s the self-judging belief that is doing the blocking, that’s what creates it.

Many times people think that being in alignment means that you have to be perfect, a pristine ‘spiritual’ person (or that alignment means becoming more ‘spiritual’), or that you have to be some kind of goodie two shoes, but that’s not what it is at all.

It’s about wholeness, where all aspects of you are integrated and in harmony with your own unique individuality and personality (HERE‘s an old article from 2012 that came to mind that you might like).

Many people are stuck in endless cycles of ‘self-improvement’, or they are constantly trying to be a “pristine” self, but that’s all ego. In reality you are perfectly alright and completely worthy just the way you are.

The true self is not a destination or something you have to strive and labor for in order to ‘become’; it’s actually about the courage to stand fully in your authentic alignment and truth, imperfections and all.

Any desire for change or improvement should come from a place of sovereign choice and free will, not from external pressure or a sense of conditional worthiness.

The true self is not a future-state ideal

It’s not a version of you who’s ‘perfect’ and without flaws and imperfections, but believing that, that’s what creates the blockages. It comes from self-judgment, or believing there is an external power judging you.

Alignment is not about adding something (perfection) or removing something (flaws); it’s about choosing to love and accept yourself, and being bold enough to be yourself, the way you are.

Worthiness is inherent, not earned, so you are not the barrier to your desires; only the belief that you are a barrier is the barrier; that’s many times the core belief that holds people back or stuck in cycles.

In essence, we ‘think’ we’re not good enough

We think we have to perform, change, improve etc. and then we get our ‘reward’.

The liberation comes when the desire to change is genuine;

Like for example dropping a vice, – when it comes from a place of ‘I want to quit this thing’, and not ‘I have to quit this thing (or else I won’t get my desires/dream/money/success/love)’, or whatever it may be.

It’s purely because you yourself want to, because you feel called to drop it from a soul level (a genuine guidance from within), and not from something external to you, like you ‘have to’, in order to be ‘approved’ of.

You are free to keep a ‘vice’ if it genuinely doesn’t compromise your sense of alignment, and you are also free to drop it because you simply prefer that.

What is holding us back is our own beliefs

There is no higher self, or higher power, or God, or the Universe, judging you and demanding that you should be ‘better’, or ‘perfect’, or that you have to conform to some kind of idealistic image or standard of how you ‘should’ be. Any change you want to make has to come from a place of “I want”, not “I have to”.

If it comes from a place of “I have to”, then that’s the only belief you have to look into, because that’s what keeps things stuck in cycles, that’s why things aren’t moving and flowing in your life, and then remove the belief(s) from your mind and consciousness.

That’s what liberates you. You do not need to change one thing about yourself to be worthy and deserving of life’s goodness. You don’t have to correct a defect; it’s only the false perception that needs to be corrected.

The moment you truly discard the belief that “I am a barrier” (= there’s something wrong with me, I must become this or that, I have to be perfect, etc.), you simultaneously align with the reality where you are not.

You click into place with yourself

It’s an instantaneous shift in consciousness, a return to yourself that feels like a huge relief, like you can finally breathe again. That’s what breaking through disempowering beliefs does.

Any perceived flaw, whether it’s a different way of being or a “vice”, is only a barrier because you believe it is. If you accept the perceived imperfection with love, it instantly becomes neutralized as a source of resistance, and you’re back in alignment with yourself and the flow.

And then you can make any changes from there, if you wish to make any changes.

You don’t make a change because the Universe, God, or your Higher Self told you to. You make a change because you are sovereign and you choose a better feeling experience for yourself, that’s it, that’s the only reason – because you want to.

No self-condemnation or self-judgment needed, or fear of some external power not being happy with you because of the way you are, or for not living up to its, or anybody else’s standards and demands.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change…I’m not perfect, but I’m enough.” — Carl R. Rogers

“.. It involves the stretching and growing of becoming more and more of one’s potentialities. It involves the courage to be. It means launching oneself fully into the stream of life. Yet the deeply exciting thing about human beings is that when the individual is inwardly free, he chooses as the good life this process of becoming.” (Carl R. Rogers)

You are the authority of your own experience

You are free to be different, or a ‘weirdo‘, and you have the the permission to be “bad” too (meaning, falling short of idealized ‘perfection’ or moral standards, etc.) and have your vice or whatever it may be.

Obviously not in ways that are harmful or destructive towards others or yourself, although you have the right to be that too, but that’s not alignment. Alignment always empowers you, and it’s always expansive.

My point is, that your authentic self is your ‘highest frequency’, so you already are that, you just need to remove the internal barrier that says that that you is not good enough.

The freedom of being yourself means embracing the specific traits that your ego is labeling as flaws or things to be ‘fixed’, and not letting a ‘higher power’ boss you around, demanding that you should be ‘better’, or that it will punish you or withdraw its support if you aren’t the way ‘it’ wants you to be.

And I’m not saying don’t have a belief in a higher power (absolutely do have a relationship and connection to something higher!). I’m only saying that if the higher power is demanding, controlling, and judgmental, then that’s not the higher power you think it is.

That’s the unhealthy, unaligned ego, and it’s being the authority of your experience, and by its norms, you will never be good enough. But if you don’t see this, then the self-judging cycle of not-enoughness will never end.

The same with people trying to get rid of their ego (or “kill” it); that’s just another form of the ‘fix yourself’ pressure, and it comes from the spiritualized ego. It sets up an internal war where it’s basically trying to get rid of itself, it’s eternally judging the “flawed” part of you that you have not accepted yet.

Wholeness is the goal – not perfection

Living in alignment is not about transcending the human experience, but about fully embodying and inhabiting it with unconditional self-acceptance.

The decision to delight in your human experience and being the you that you are, is the clearest, most powerful signal of unconditional self-acceptance that you can send to the Universe.

It means you are fully occupying and embodying your authentic frequency (you like and approve of yourself), and then your desired reality (which is your true calling) has to align with that truth.

Your worthiness is an unconditional fact, not something you have to earn or become first, and to remove the barrier, don’t fight the flaw or perceived imperfection; simply drop the belief that it is blocking you.

And as I mentioned before, the shift is instantaneous when you do this, and it liberates you into full alignment and clicks you into place with the energy of your true life’s flow.

Live fully in your self-empowerment

Anything that pulls you backward, makes you feel small, inadequate, or makes you feel like you’re not capable, or good enough, etc., is a lie.

And it can be applied to anything in life that you feel is not fully supporting you; it can be a thought, a book, a teaching, a person, or a belief, whatever it is that causes even an inch of disempowerment, that’s something that needs to be instantly discarded or rejected.

You are the authority of your experience, and anything that demands control, judgment, or compliance from you, like you have to conform or perform, is infringing on your sovereignty.

Your alignment is yours to choose – You decide your ideal, your standards, and how you want to live and be.

Your worthiness is the absolute, unconditioned fact of your existence, so stop looking for permission or perfection. The only thing you have to do is to drop the belief that you are the blockage, and then you’re free.
