Think About What You Think About
Do you ever think about what you think about?
Most people think the same thoughts day in and day out and then they wonder why their life never changes.
Do you pay close attention to what’s going on in your mind on a day to day basis?
If you do, your life will change – massively!
The predominant thoughts you’re thinking everyday are always drawing to them similar thoughts and they create a stream of consciousness, and when that stream becomes fixed, it leads to a ‘same old same old’ experience of life.
Thoughts are also what creates beliefs and beliefs is what creates the filter you see the world through.
With a little bit of self-awareness you’ll become more and more clear about what you actually think everyday and if you realize that there’s not much ‘new’ happening there and that your thoughts are pretty much the same everyday, then you have the power to change that.
Self-awareness is key.
When you have greater awareness you’re able to make profound changes, and in order to change your life you have to change what you think about and how you think about things.
Become very aware of what you’re thinking about today.
Really pay attention to your thoughts, and when thoughts enter into your mind that do not serve you, identify them and start changing your thinking around.
Begin to feed your mind with thoughts that actually serve you and empower you.
