Ditch the toxic people in your life!
Is there a toxic person in your life that should no longer be in it?
The best things you can do for yourself is to surround yourself with supportive, loving people and ditch the ones that don’t fit that description!
If there’s a person in your life that is making your life worse, not better, then decide now, once and for all, that they have to go.
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking “If I just try harder” it will get better — because if you have tried and tried maybe it’s time to wake up and smell the roses and walk away.
For example; if you have been trying to help someone but they are not receptive to your help, realize that you can’t make an unhappy person happy.
To keep them in your life will only be draining.
Or if you have been trying and trying to o make a bad relationship work.. you get the point.
It’s not healthy to continue being with or around someone that is draining, it’s toxic to your overall health and well-being.
Let the person go and move on with your life.
If you’ve put in the effort and you’re consistently unhappy in your relationship, it might be time to cut your losses and leave.
If you’re the one who’s constantly giving and giving.. you know what I mean.
It’s just not going to work no matter what you do because a relationship with anyone should be based in love where both parties give and support each other.
Once you let go of the old there will be many more wonderful people out there who will have the pleasure of meeting you and you will feel relieved to have moved on with your life.
It’s not fun to end a relationship, but sometimes you have to face the hard truth that things just aren’t going to work out.
Make you your #1 priority and set yourself free from the person you know is not good for you, because remember this; this is the only life you have, so don’t waste it.
If you’ve noticed that you spend a lot of time thinking about whether you should end a relationship or not, the answer is almost certainly yes, and maybe now is the right time to do so and move on.
As always, follow your inner knowing. It will never lead you astray and you can always trust it.
