Trust Yourself and Your Path
Trust your gut instincts and intuition about everything.
That’s the most important thing you can do for yourself.
Dare to follow the path that feels most right and alive, even if it feels like the most “unsafe” path.
Something better always comes when we reject the path that promises some kind of security but does not feel right for some reason or another.
Trust yourself and your path, and follow the aliveness of the moment, and also pay attention to a path, or direction, where there isn’t much aliveness at all (that feels dead or flat) and steer away from it.
And when in doubt about something, simply take a day off and really connect with yourself and you will always be guided to what the next best/right thing is for you to do.
Stillness is powerful, it really is.
That’s where all the good stuff of life can be found! 🙂

Why Most Don’t Trust Themselves (intuition)
To serve Truth means to say yes to that which is true within you.
That no matter what, you stay true to yourself and your path.
It means having the guts to be true to the moment and what it asks of you.
The choice to follow the path of the heart requires commitment, integrity and courage.
