Self-love and having a sense of self-worth changes everything.

When you change your self-image and your self-talk, you become powerful, focused and capable of achieving anything you want. Everything changes the moment you see yourself worthy and deserving.

It all starts from within.

The only opinion of you that matters is yours, and I would also add; what the Divine/God thinks of you, and I hope you already know the answer to that.

Recognize your value and worthiness, and set boundaries.

To be operating from a place within yourself where you don’t recognize your own value is not humility, it’s issues with self-worth.

Increasing and cultivating self-love gives you confidence and protects you from toxic people and “Takers”.

To be giving your energy and gifts (or of yourself in some way or form) to the wrong people and places is not serving the Highest in you.

By serving the highest in ourselves and others, we need to know and own our value and refuse to be treated any lower than what we deserve.

Kindness and respectfulness must be reciprocated, so if a relationship is not mutually respectful then waste no time and end it right away.

Question to ask yourself:

“What would I stop doing if I knew I was already worthy?”

You deserve to be treated right; you deserve love, respect, and happiness and fulfillment in your life.

When we don’t value ourselves, others won’t either.

So wherever you feel the energy is heavy, or you feel drained, used, or taken advantage of: STOP leaking and giving away your invaluable energy and gifts towards those people.

And wherever you feel appreciated, valued, and respected: START giving to those people and shift your focus completely towards them.
