We are never held back by anything else but our own thoughts and beliefs.

Whatever you desire, you have the power to give it to yourself. No need to wait upon some extrenal entity to give anything to you, or to save you. You are your own savior, and tyrant! It’s all you, doing it all to yourself.

Take a moment to reflect on what you truly want, and don’t hold back – Give yourself permission to want what you want. Take the leap and trust yourself; you can do anything you set your mind to.

Remember; the mind is yours to use, for good, or for bad; to progress, or to regress and suppress. It’s up to you what to do with it.

It might seem like your goals or vision is far away or that it will take a long time to reach them, but if you want something, go for it! Because the reality is that life is relatively short, so don’t settle.

Keep moving forward, acting on the nudges, hunches, and breadcrumbs the universe provides, and the path will unfold before you, in beautiful ways, one step at a time.

What is calling you? What has your name on it? Where are you being led? Trust the guidance and direction and follow it.

Follow the flow of That, for it is in that journey and path that we find our way back home to our true self and the realization of our deepest hopes, dreams, and desires.

Questions to ask yourself that will help you find your true flow in life:

• What kind of work/relationship/situation (etc.) would make me happy?
• How can I have more fun in my life/work/relationships?
• What is my intuition telling me about my future work/relationships/place to live (etc.)?
• If I were a multi-millionare, what would I do?
• What would be beyond amazing?
• What would be my dream come true?

And then, after you have pondered these questions, say out loud to the universe: “I’m ready to evolve” and from then on; see what starts to happen in your life, and grow with the flow.
