Wholeness and Alignment is The Key to Your Most Fulfilling Life
Fulfillment Comes From Living in Alignment with Your Whole Self
When we live in resistance to our true nature (who we really are) or our authentic desires (not honoring our needs and desires), we live in a fragmented way; we are out of alignment with ourselves and the flow of our true life’s energy.
And when we live divided within and are in conflict with ourselves, we usually make choices from a place of fear, control, or survival, and we experience struggle, stress, and internal turmoil.
But when you bring together all parts of yourself (which comes from self-acceptance) into one aligned state of being — your whole self — it creates a harmonious unity that works together for your good.
The conflict and division only persist when we resist or ignore our inner guidance and when we hold beliefs that contradict the Truth of who we are, which is, in essence, unconditioned consciousness.
Most people will spend their entire lives trying to change conditions instead of changing their mental programs first!
Your life can really change in an instant, in one single moment.
Once we recognize and see a belief for what it is, we are liberated from it—this is the power of awareness, and from there, life can begin to shift on the outside as well, and move that too to a better place.
Aligning With the Flow of Life
Life is a co-creative process; you and the universe are one, progressing and expanding together as a whole, where all aspects of you are suppose to work in harmony for your good.
This is how we’re meant to live: without inner conflict, and where our personal joys are in alignment with a larger purpose—and where the ego gets to come along for the ride, not as the driver, but as the experiencer and enjoyer of life.
We are Given a vision, and our only job is to Believe in it, and take the actions that support that vision to help co-create it and bring it to life.
Once we have reached internal clarity on something and say Yes to it, all we need to do is to respond to a nudge or inspiration to take some sort of action, and then ride that action wave. After that, we ride the next action wave, and the next after that, and that’s how life unfolds.
And there are periods of no action as well—that’s when the Universe is doing Its part, the part that the human side of us can’t do. And sometimes there’s a lot to do, lots of actions to take!
So look at the vision, or the ideal life you want to have, or something you want to become or experience etc., and then ask yourself how you would need to prepare yourself for the vision, for it to become a reality.
What is the obvious first step? Or steps. What seems practical or reasonable?
Write down what you know you can do, and then start doing those things. Once you do, you have started the ball rolling, and the Universe will work with you and conspire to make that a reality in your life.
The Ego Gets to Come With You on the Ride
Any fears that come up are coming from it; it’s the ego thinking it has to save you, protect you, or that it will be left behind etc. And it is true — the old you will die, but the human aspect of you, the healthy ego, if you will, will keep evolving with you as you expand your consciousness and grow beyond the state you’re currently in.
The ego is confined by its belief-systems, which are always limited, so it doesn’t understand that the changes are good and positive. It will feel the stretching and moving outside its comfort zone as very uncomfortable so it will freak out at first.
But if you tell the ego that it doesn’t have to be afraid and that it will come with you to experience all the amazing things the changes bring, it will relax and click into place in the role it’s meant to have in your life — which is to be the experiencer of it, not the creator of it.
Let it sit back and enjoy the ride.
Talk to the ego. Put your hands on your heart and say something like this:
“You are coming with me, don’t worry! You are part of the wholeness of who I am, and this change that is happening, is empowering to me/you in healthy ways. There’s nothing to worry about. Trust the process with me, and relax. I’m not forsaking you. You are going to evolve WITH me into the next level.”
And:
“I love all parts and aspects of myself. My ego is free from burdens that were never its responsibility to begin with, and I am in harmony with myself now. Every part of me works together to fulfill my highest aspirations, including my ego, as I take this new step out in life.”
Put your hands to your heart when you say this, and feel a ‘click’ inside you that confirms that the whole of you has heard and received what you just said.
You will feel the resonance, the alignment, and a sense of relief when you do this. Like an aspect of you has just been unburdened, as if a heavy weight has just been lifted.
The Ego Tries to Keep the Status Quo Because It Feels Safe There
The ego just tries to protect and look after us, but it doesn’t have to. Its main function is to enjoy and experience life, and when it’s healthy and in harmony, and understands that it doesn’t have to control things, nor figure everything out, it can relax and just enjoy the ride, living the most fabulous life WITH YOU.
Talk to the ego and tell it that you’re not unsafe and that you don’t need rescuing, that it’s not its job to “save” you and that it can relax. When you do this, you will feel a sense of relief, and now things can start to unfold in ways that will absolutely astound you and leave you in awe of how wonderfully life works if we just let it.
So let each aspect of yourself do its job, and unburden the ego from assignments it was never designed to do. Invite all aspects of yourself to flow with you in the current of the Universe.
This way self-sabotage ends too — it’s all about self-belief and self-empowerment in healthy ways!
Take yourself out of your way by talking to the aspect of yourself that is scared, worried, or anxious, and this will help take the limitations off.
When we shift internally, the outer world changes too. We don’t control or monitor life in the sense we think we are to do – It’s more about allowing. Allowing Life to flow and show us the way.
By acknowledging the ego self too, and by resetting your thinking to Truth and setting things right in your mind and consciousness, you only abandon that which is dysfunctional and restricting.
Don’t Force, But Allow
We just need to follow the flow instead of trying to force life and things.
You just simply flow with life and let it show you and guide you, and then you respond to it by taking action on the things that are shown, and when you do, the faster the transitions and external shifts and changes happen too, because now there’s no resistance.
So it’s not a passive way to live, but actually a progressive way, because you’re always moving in harmony with yourself and the Universe. This is what alignment is, and from that alignment, our truest and best lives always unfolds.
You’ll be moved naturally to do the things you need to do, and you’re always guided by synchronicity and other signs and guidance from the universe, as well as your own inner intuition and gut feeling.
Living in alignment like this will naturally lead you to do things. There will always be action on your path, of course, but it’s action that, when you look back at it, you realize that ‘something’ lead you there.
All that befalls you, all that is done by you — it just ‘happens’, you just find yourself ‘doing’ it.
If you’re trying hard and struggling, then you’re forcing it. But if you relax into the flow, connect with it, and listen to the inner voice, then your life will look very different — very magical!
You will be naturally compelled to do things, and then you do them, and then the next step is revealed, and the next after that. It ‘flows’ like that.
Life then starts to unfold in a beautifully synchronistic way that feels orchestrated because it’s so perfect.
The timing is perfect, the sequence is perfect, where you receive the exact things and information when you need it, at the exact right time, and so on. So there is never any need for stress and anxiety — only trust!
Follow the ALIVENESS — synchronicities ARE the steps
That’s how we step into and move toward the vision, ideal, or dream. That’s how realities transition into the next. It’s like we’re ‘melting’ into it, and when the energy is fully embodied, the realities naturally detach from each other, from one reality to the next, and it happens in a seamless way.
So, the faster you get to where you need to be on the inside, the faster reality shifts on the outside. That’s the ‘flow’; it’s always leading us by nudging us to go in a direction that speaks to our hearts in some way.
Even if it’s just a bit of curiosity, or a feeling of incredible passion, it doesn’t matter if it’s big or small — just follow where there is the most Aliveness, that’s it, and keep following that aliveness, the energy of that.
Trust takes you to the next stage, or level. So trust yourself, the synchronicities, and other signs and guidance from the universe, and most importantly, trust your own intuition, instincts, and gut feelings!
Wholeness and Alignment is Your Ticket to Fulfillment in Life
Live in alignment with the whole of you, all aspects of you, instead of a fragmented version of yourself that is frazzled and scared of everything. Trust the flow, and let it show you the way.
When you embrace and integrate all parts of yourself, allowing every aspect of who you are to join you on the journey, that’s when life starts to unfold in a naturally harmonious (and magical!) way.
It’s not about forcing the universe, or trying to control, dominate, or impose your will in a forceful way, but about aligning with your true, whole self, and letting the flow of your own life’s energy guide you.
When you come into harmony with yourself and have shed the weight of inner conflict, strain, and resistance, life can much more easily speak to you and guide you to the best way forward or to what is actually meant for you. The flow knows the right and best way!
It’s only when we go against ourselves or think we know everything that we create resistance and blockages. We stall our own evolution and breakthroughs when we do that.
But by trusting our intuition and responding accordingly to the flow, we feel guided (in incredible ways), life feels purposeful, and things happen with much more ease and effortlessness, and we just find ourselves doing things and living our life, not by ‘trying,’ but simply by ‘responding.’
The more you live in this state of unity and wholeness, the more life becomes a beautiful, unfolding journey — one that you no longer have to struggle to ‘create,’ but one in which you’re given a vision (dream, etc.) that you then grow into and get to experience and enjoy with the fullness and wholeness of your Being.
