“I’m with Truth now”

“I only agree with Truth”.

Whenever you feel in some way or another attacked by the ego, say this “mantra” to yourself as a reminder that the path you’re on is not really something you chose, but that It chose You.

This will help you turn away from the loud voice of the false self.

In times of great fear, worry, anxiety, or any kind of mind-chatter and imaginary discussions going on in your head, stop, and say something like this out loud to yourself:

I’m with Truth now” and then consciously stop listening to the voice that is not Truth.

Say:I’m with Truth now, I only agree with Truth” without giving any explanations or justifications.

Just say it as a statement that cannot be rocked either this way or that way.

Because it is a fact.

I’m with Truth now and I only agree with Truth”.

Simply state that the only ‘voice’ you listen to now is the voice of Truth, and that is also the only voice you agree with.

End of story.

This will help you to immediately shift back to trust and that which is real.

It will help you remember that you’re with Truth now, and that Truth has your back.

Always, and in all ways.

“I’m with Truth now”. Print this picture and keep it before you at times when things are tough as a reminder that Truth will not let go of you and that you are safe in its care. (I took it the other day when I was out walking in the mountains. Beautiful scenery, isn’t it?).

Thank you for this post. I am finally beginning to feel the strength that permeates behind the words, “I am” with “Truth” now. It feels peculiar and real for the first time. Very comforting as well as encouraging during this odd and unusual time in my life. Wow, is an understatement.
