
You Get It When You Stop Wanting it
Wanting something too much, with too much intensity, demagnetizes you from having it.
Demagnetizing energy comes from being needy, desperate, pushy, anxious, trying too hard, and from chasing, insisting and yearning,
Whereas your energy becomes magnetized when you are just following your joy, your passion or curiosity in a childlike, carefree manner, and when you are confident and trusting,
That’s when you end up getting it, or attracting it into your life.
So the more you want something desperately, the more you feel and experience the lack of it, while moving through life with a big trusting smile on your face, assuming and expecting good things to flow to you, makes you wide open to receiving them.
Attachment creates suffering and detachment creates space for the desired things, people and circumstances to come to you.
By letting go you let it IN, and by obsessing about it (focusing on the absence of it) you block it from coming to you, you keep it OUT, or push it away even further.
There’s a healthy aspect to obsessing and pursuing that is important to mention though, as being persistent towards something is also part of the process (up to a point).

This happens intuitively and comes naturally when you grow in awareness and self-awareness.
You just ‘know’ when action is required, and you also know when to relax and refrain from ‘doing’ (and it all becomes equally enjoyable).
It’s always out of stillness that the next steps comes, and when you receive the answers you need, you will know it – it comes effortlessly and with absolute clarity.
Energy is more powerful than action, so by staying in alignment with your energy, or the way your life flows, you also always receive the answers you need.
Fear, worry and doubt takes you out of the flow, and then you try to compensate the misalignment with more action, but the action then comes from a place of ego which then just creates more frustration and struggle.
Then you begin to chase, insist, yearn and frustrate yourself again, instead of moving through life with ease and flow – in surrender to the current of your own life’s energy.
So look into any issues of mistrust, impatience, or being too rigid and insistent on having things happen in a certain way, as well as understanding the balance between surrender and action.

Bring more joy in and that will harmonize things and bring your life back into the flow again.
When we do things for the sheer joy of doing it (without any specific outcome focus), and when we stay flexible (and not rigid) and carefree (with childlike trust), Life wants to delight us even more.
So the only thing that we need to ‘think about’ in any given moment is really “am I acting/coming from a place of alignment now or not?”.
That’s it.
- “Am I in alignment (right now) or not?”
- “Is this (choice/action) in alignment with me or not?”
- “Is this feeling/emotion serving me or not?”
Note that you can feel anger and still be in alignment too, so it’s not about only feeling ‘positive feelings’ all the time.
Alignment is about Truth.
- “Am I being true to myself?”
- “Is this (action/thought/belief) taking me into, or out of my power?”
- “I don’t like this. What do I prefer, what would be more in alignment with me?”
Let the contrast you see help you shift your awareness, and pay attention to what makes you shrink and feel loss of power/powerless, and what makes you feel expansion and empowerment.
We are in every moment always either in or out of alignment, and the awareness of where you’re at and the new choice you make from that awareness is the answer to all your prayers and desires.
Learn to love and rely only on the cause (Source), and not the effect (material/physical manifestations).
That’s the biggest thing we can learn in life and which brings total freedom.
Life will give you things only once you’ve learned to live without them (when the neediness is gone), so the ‘lesson’ (or growth experience) is about learning to not base your happiness and freedom on anything external.
Everything comes from within and sometimes this can be the most challenging thing to learn.
When you have genuinely come to a place within yourself where you feel perfectly fine with or without the thing you desire, that’s when you’re ready to receive it.
And that’s when life becomes beautiful,
Because whatever happens in your life, you will always stay centered (aligned with Truth) and unbothered by external ‘realities’, knowing that you are always going to be fine no matter what.
Life can be lived without fear, worry and anxiety, so the ‘goal’ is not to fix things on the outside or try to gain happiness or security from external things, but by doing the inner work that creates the internal shifts that then also changes your life and reality.
When you’re in alignment you don’t doubt or second-guess what you’ve asked for or desire, you see it as already done and given, so the only ‘work’ involved is to come into harmony with it, and then you’ll get it, and it’s all done in consciousness.
There is another way to live life that is harmonious and free of fear.
In my own personal journey I had to lose everything in order to gain everything, that was how I had to learn how to not make anything external my ‘savior‘, and that’s also why I can speak about these things from a place of authenticity and so that you don’t have to struggle and go through painful experiences the way I did.
